I'm a Berliner who grew up in Turkey and has since lived in Australia, Spain, and the UK - a background that left me endlessly curious about people's stories and what drives them. That curiosity became a career: I focused my MSc in Organisational Psychology on employee engagement, studying what actually makes people feel motivated, connected, and able to grow.

That same question sits at the heart of my coaching today. I hold the CPCC credential from the Co-Active Training Institute - the industry's gold standard, recognized globally by the International Coaching Federation - and I bring the same rigor and warmth to every session.

I work in English and German, and get by comfortably in Spanish, a habit from my year living in Spain.

Outside of coaching, you'll usually find me exploring somewhere new, deep in conversation, or on a dance floor - I've always believed the best insights show up when people feel genuinely at ease.
